Additional details are collected when you make a payment, submit a support request, use the DriveFlow application, upload documents, create or update a student, instructor or other profile, or book and manage driving lessons.

When a driving school enters personal information into DriveFlow, the driving school is responsible for ensuring that it has a lawful basis and appropriate authority to collect and provide that information to DriveFlow.

This technical information helps us maintain security, troubleshoot system problems, and continuously improve service reliability.

We process personal information for legitimate and lawful business purposes necessary to deliver, maintain, and protect the DriveFlow platform.

Purposes include creating and managing user accounts, providing DriveFlow services, managing driving school operations, managing students and instructors, scheduling driving lessons, managing vehicles, and managing driving licence codes.
